How to measure your lampshade.    All paneled shades are
measured diagonally across widest part (point to point).
If you do not have an existing lampshade, determine the size you
need by measuring your lamp.  The shade should be the same
height or slightly shorter than the height of the base of the lamp.  
The bottom part of the lampshade should be at least 2 1/2 times
the circumference of the widest part of the lamp base. The height
of the shade should cover the socket when viewed at eye level.
After measuring, choose the size comparable to our chart.  
Accuracy on measurements is very important.  Wrong sizes are
not covered under our return policy.  Please contact us with any
questions.

Return information:  We can not accept returns for wrongly measured                      
                                        lampshades because we make them for your particular
                             needs.   Of course, if the error would be ours, we will                         
                              reimburse you in full or remake the correct lamp shade.   
                             It is very important for you to contact us before returning                
                               any packages.  All returns must be insured.  Also, do not                
                               refuse packages  as you will be responsible for payment.
